Refund policy

We stand behind every order. If anything falls short of your expectations, we’ll issue a refund with a smooth, straightforward process.

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a refund for your order.


1. Refund Eligibility

All items are eligible for a refund as long as:

  • You can provide a receipt or proof of purchase

  • You reach out within 30 days of delivery

Not eligible for refund:

  • Items without proof of purchase


2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, simply let us know within 30 days.

We will:

  • Issue a full refund, or

  • Send a replacement

You do not need to send anything back.


3. How to Request a Refund

Email support@umiglow.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Photos (only required for damaged/incorrect items for our internal tracking)

Our team will review your request and confirm your refund.


4. Refund Timing

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the funds.
If your refund hasn’t arrived 15 business days after our approval, please contact us at support@umiglow.com.
