Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Tracking Information

Once your order is packed and the label is created, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Tracking details may take a few hours to update depending on the carrier.

Shipping Costs

Standard shipping is free on all orders over $50. For orders under $50, a flat rate of $8.99 applies.

International Shipping

At this time, we only ship within the United States. We’re actively working on expanding our shipping zones — click here to bubble up your country in our priority list.

Incorrect Addresses

Please make sure your shipping information is accurate before submitting your order. If you notice an error, contact our support team immediately. Once a package is in transit, we are unable to reroute it.
